• Once the reservation is received, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm the time of the visit.
• All visits are guided and can be conducted in Spanish or English.
• Spaces are limited. There is no minimum number of participants, and the maximum is 10.
• Punctuality is essential for the smooth running of activities.
• Children may attend free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• The visit must be paid for at the time of booking via the payment gateway. In case of cancellation, as long as it is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit, please email us at enoturismo@heraclioalfaro.com. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer. No refunds or date changes will be processed within the last 48 hours before the visit.
